“Gold”

The 4 layers of resin and the high quality pigments which i use have really given depth to this 15cm wide wooden panel. The added gold hand-drawn shark adds a little something special to it too.

I make each piece of art individually by pouring the resin onto the panel and manipulating it to make it look like the ocean. Living by the ocean in North Devon, I am constantly inspired by my surroundings and this goes into each piece.

Sometimes there are imperfections in or on the resin and this is down to it being handmade and indeed the nature of resin.
